The site was frustrating to use. Pages took forever to load, and the checkout kept jumping around like it couldn’t make up its mind. After a while, I felt less like a customer and more like some ticket number stuck in a queue, so I just gave up before finishing my order.

I did get my refund in the end, so I guess they deserve credit for that. It just took longer than I expected, which was annoying. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely slower than it needed to be.

I really liked the look of these, and they’re super cute in person, but the fit was smaller than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal, just something to keep in mind if you’re between sizes...

It looked almost exactly like the pictures. The color might be a little different in person, but nothing major. I’m happy with it.

I ordered a dress from Talulah the fabric feels so soft on my skin. Like, not scratchy or that cheap thin material you sometimes get... It has a nice little weight to it too, which I wasn’t really expecting. Super comfortable overall, and I’m really happy with it

It’s not totally perfect since there was a tiny loose thread, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall I’m happy with what I got and I’d probably order from them again

So... the packaging was actually really good. Everything showed up neat, secure, and without any damage or a messy box. It looked like someone took the time to pack it properly, which I appreciate. It’s a small thing, but I definitely notice it. Very happy with that part.
